As part of our strategy to "Move with God to bring people into purpose & destiny" we have formed 7 Dream Teams to take responsibility for the outworking of our vision. Below is a list of these teams and a brief description of their key responsibilities.

To formulate vision for Dream Life Church under the direction of the Holy Spirit. To ensure that everybody is in their right position to carry out that vision and direction. Train and equip people to carry out the vision of Dream Life Church & to empower leadership.

To ensure that people are connected into the life of the church through a connect group. To ensure that every person goes through the Dream Life Pathway. To ensure that every person is being discipled. Connect people with specific needs to the appropriate team. Create a culture of loving relationships & help to build strong mariages & families.

Oversee any building or property projects. Foster a spirit of generosity amongst church membership. Ensure the on-going financial security of church by putting inplace a strategy for a debt-free future. Oversee the local and overseas missions projects of the church. Organise auditing of accounts and AGM and any other legal obligations or requirements. Organise overseas missions teams.

Encourage a passion for God in the lives of every young person in the life of the church. Organise effective outreach to
the youth of our city. Create a dynamic children's programme. Equip children to have a wild passion to serve Jesus Christ. Have a transforming youth and young adults programme. Engage young people in the missions programme's of the church. Appoint & develop leaders in every department mentioned above.

To create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the life of church. Cultivate an atmosphere for the presence of God through passionate praise & worship. To raise a standard of excellence in the house. Keep a fresh supply of current
songs for Sunday services. Co-ordinate conferences and events.

Run a powerful weekly corporate prayer meeting. Foster and encourage a strong prayer life in church members.
Identify and train those with a prophetic gift on their lives. Encourage people to identify their spiritual gifts. Organise prayer & intercession for specific needs that arise in the life of the church. Encourage a prophetic atmosphere in the church. Advise the Platform team of any significant praise reports that arise out of the ministry of the Power Team.

Train every member to share the Gospel. Provide an outlet for every member to share the Gospel in a team setting. Cultivate a passion for evangelism in the life of the church.
